Refund Policy

At Above Below Spiritual Wellness, we strive to ensure our members are completely satisfied with their experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your membership, we offer a 7-day refund guarantee.


Eligibility for Refunds:


To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to holly@abovebelowspiritualwellness.com.

The refund guarantee applies only to the first 7 days following your initial purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund.


How to Request a Refund:


Send an email to holly@abovebelowspiritualwellness.com with your request.

Please include your name, the date of your purchase, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.


Processing Refunds:


Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.


Conditions:


Refunds are only available for the initial purchase of a membership. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refunds.

Abuse of the refund policy may result in the refusal of future refund requests.
