We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Membership and Accounts

- To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

- All membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.

- We offer a 7-day refund guarantee on initial membership purchases. To request a refund, you must contact us at holly@abovebelowspiritualwellness.com within 7 days of purchase.

- No refunds are provided for subsequent renewals or after the initial 7-day period.

5. Use of Service

- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- You agree not to use the Service in any way that could harm the Service or impair anyone else’s use of it.

6. Intellectual Property

- All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of Above Below Spiritual Wellness and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
